Pricing
One plan. Monthly or yearly.
The subscription pays for the software, the sign-in and entitlement service, updates, and support. Your broker and your market-data providers are your own accounts and bill you directly. We take no percentage of anything you trade and never touch your money.

What one subscription covers
One person, one active device. A second computer can sign in and take the seat, after it shows you what the first one is doing, which signs the first one out and disarms it without selling anything.
Refunds
Ask within 14 days of your first charge and we refund it in full. Yearly plans are refunded pro rata within 30 days. After that, cancel from the billing portal and keep access to the end of the period.
Failed payments
A failed payment starts a three-day grace period during which nothing changes. After it, the desk stops opening new positions and keeps managing the exits on positions it opened, until the payment goes through.
Chargebacks
A chargeback stops the desk at once and disables the account until we have spoken with you. Use the refund route instead; it is faster and kinder to both of us.
Taxes
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it.
